These are all general facebook groups with no specific location, but offers a wide variety of nannies and their locations. In the search bar you can type in your city or county and nanny services and there are plenty of Facebook groups that are specific to your location.
Nanny Agencies
​
The nice part about agencies is they do the leg work of vetting their nannies so you don't have to. Some of these agencies make you put down a deposit to hold down a nanny, so just make sure to ask about that.
